DELIVERY

How the program is delivered

COHORT SIZE
~15 students per class section
LANGUAGE
Urdu-focused, with English for technical terminology and tools
SCHEDULE
Evening sessions on weekdays, full-day sessions on weekends
CORE TOOLS
CAD software, laptops, 1–2 entry-level 3D printers

Every cohort’s capstone projects are pointed, where possible, at real problems in Hunza — not textbook exercises.

WHO WE SERVE

Three tracks, one mission

FREE
TRACK 01

Primary — Free Track

Students in Hunza, selected through application and interview. Cohort 1 targets 50–75 students, secondary school through early college.
PAID
TRACK 02

Secondary — Paid Track

Students elsewhere in Pakistan, via paid courses and — from Year 2 — a paid 15-day Hunza immersion. A funding mechanism, not a separate mission.
SANDBOX
TRACK 03

Tertiary — Sandbox Graduates

Hunza program alumni turning a capstone idea into a real venture, supported through the Sandbox incubator from Year 2.

Every course ends in something a student built.

Funding a cohort puts CAD software, 3D printers, components and paid local instructors in front of students who already have the motivation.
