TIMELINE
First cohort expected to start in March 2027
We are forming Cohort 1 now. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; shortlisted applicants are invited to a short interview. Selected students are confirmed ahead of the March 2027 start, once nonprofit registration, space, and instructors are in place. Dates may shift — everyone who applies will be kept informed.

Urdu-focused, English for technical terminology and tools
SCHEDULE
Weekday evening sessions, full-day sessions on weekends

~15 students per class section
SELECTION
Written application, then an interview
Each course hands off to the next, and the last one ends in a working device — ideally one that solves a real problem in Hunza. Full detail is on the Project STEAM I-skool page.

Ages 15 to 22
The free track is built for students from secondary school through early college — roughly 15 to 22 years old at the start of the cohort. If you are close to the edge of this range and still keen, apply and tell us why.
HUNZA
LOCATION
Based in Hunza
The free track is for students who live in Hunza and can attend sessions in person. Students elsewhere in Pakistan can join the paid track — see the Project STEAM I-skool page.
EVENINGS + WEEKENDS
COMMITMENT
Able to attend consistently
Sessions run on weekday evenings and across the weekend. You should be able to attend regularly for the length of the cohort and see a capstone project through.
