Three tracks, one mission

FREE
TRACK 01

Primary — Free Track

Students in Hunza, selected through application and interview. Cohort 1 targets 50–75 students, secondary school through early college.

PAID
TRACK 02

Secondary — Paid Track

Students elsewhere in Pakistan, via paid courses and — from Year 2 — a paid 15-day Hunza immersion. A funding mechanism, not a separate mission.

Tertiary — Sandbox Graduates

Hunza program alumni turning a capstone idea into a real venture, supported through the Sandbox incubator from Year 2.

HOW IT’S DELIVERED

How the program is delivered

COHORT SIZE
~15 students per class section
SCHEDULE
Evening sessions on weekdays, full-day sessions on weekends
LANGUAGE
Urdu-focused, with English for technical terms and tools
CORE TOOLS
CAD software, laptops, entry-level 3D printers

Every student leaves the CAD track with a physical part they designed and printed themselves. Every cohort’s capstone projects are pointed, where possible, at real problems in Hunza.
